Download GPX track (Bremen to Achim)

• SportsTracker quit after lunch break: no complete track
• Hot day, without wind it felt like 30° C
• Early start (~9 o’clock)
• met Rudi (sells postcards with motives from the area, was a runner, has cycled all around Germany) at the Weser power station in Bremen and bought two post cards from him
• lunch break: near Achim, finished Dennis‘ yummy poppyseed cake, delicious :-)))
• lots of cycling on and next to the dyke, don’t see the Weser a lot: not very exciting, need something for my brain to do while cycling
• visit the palace in Etelsen with the beautiful mausoleum (was only shortly used as mausoleum, mostly as car garage and lion enclosure!!!)
• saw storks twice….nice 🙂
• arrived in Verden around 3:15PM
