25th November: It happened again….

…somebody took my food.

Well, partially it’s my own fault because last night I forgot to take my bags with pasta, tomatoes and spices upstairs with me but still. I don’t understand why people take other people’s stuff. At least I found my salt (which was almost empty) in the „Free Food“ section but my oil which I bought just yesterday and the fresh tomatoes are gone 🙁
I so want to have my own room and kitchen, some privacy and a job which I took for a better reason than it’s the only one I can get.
Travelers who cheer about meeting lots of new people, experiences, absolute freedom and independence tell only half the truth. They don’t tell you about snoring people (to begin with) or forgotten, lost or stolen items (some of them might be important to you), about people who decide to stay in bed the whole day, so that you even can’t really do anything in your room during daytime, and who get up at night, coming home in the middle of the night and waking everybody else up or squeaking beds with people in them who toss and turn the whole night or that there are people around you 24 hours a day for two weeks and more, so that you go without any privacy (except for the bathroom) or things you see and like but you can’t buy them because you don’t want to carry them around the whole time.
Well, I don’t even start about the worries about money and the non-income-thing because this is something I could change, for example I could work at a Christmas shop (I hate all Christmas stuff) between 10 and 6 for the minimum wage of 9$/hour (6,50€)…nice prospects.
Yeah, maybe I’m in a bit of a mood today but longterm traveling is not only fun as a lot of people might think or tell.
OK, that’s enough complaining for today, tomorrow I buy new stuff and everything will look brighter again.
